Heres a good way to make Chocolate pudding without having to buy the packets in the store. It takes about 5 minutes or less to prepare and best of all it tastes great.
1 tsp Stevia (powdered)
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt (just a pinch)
2 cups almond milk (low in sugar)
1 unsweetened chocolate square
Stevia Pudding is a great way to cut back on your sugar intake! I am always thinking about chocolate before bed and this satisfies my craving. Put the above ingredients into a pan on medium and whisk until thickened. Pour into 3 small bowls. Cool, cover and refrigerate.
